Have you searched in Scottish records, as well as English ones, for a marriage around the time indicated by the "years married" figure in the 1911 census you've found?

They had a son Francis Herbert Wesley born around 1909
FreeBMD shows his birth registration, Jun qtr 1908 Blackburn. His birth certificate would tell you his mother's maiden name...
...but, even better, it's indexed with his birth reg on LancashireBMD: MACLELLAN.

Katharine Wesley b 1879 in Buteshire but not sure of death
The free index shows that there is more information than this: she was born in Kingarth, Buteshire.

The 1901 census shows a Katherine Mclellan, 22, with her mother Sarah Mclellan, 59, a shopkeeper at 1 Kerrycroy Village, Kingarth, Bute.

i believe he was Thomas Herbert not Thomas Henry. His father was Thomas Henry.
