George and Margaret Westman (both born Queen's Co, Ireland). George married Margaret (Cohen or Farrell) in 1865 Bradford, Yorks (from BMDs). Living at 69 Chassum St, Manningham, Bradford according to the 1881 census.
The Family emigrated to the United States, George and his family emigrated in the 1880s. George himself in abt. 1882 (according to 1900 census), children William and Annie in 1886 on The Queen, son Daniel in 1887 on The Wisconsin, and wife Margaret and remaining children in 1888 on The Alaska.
Can anyone find out if Margaret was born COHEN OR a FARRELL and when and where she married?

In the 1871 Census George & Margaret Westman's neighbours are Daniel Farrell (age 48) and family. All the adults in both households were born in Ireland and for occupation (spouses & children) stated as Catholic.
This could be just a coincidence, but worth looking into?

Does anyone know if Chassum Street, Manningham is still there , or has it been re-developed?
Just a matter of interest as I had a few relations living there in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
