I've been trying from last weekend through to this weekend! Getting a notice as well. Except for the one time I managed to get in during the week. I had to go through REALME as it is a non historic marriage I am after, but my problem was mainly that it seemed it was REALME that was doing maintenance!
First a message saying it wouldn't accept my user name, next one advised me Password incorrect, then a new password, which it still wouldn't accept! Then I got a text to advise me that someone was trying to sign in to my accounts, and advised me to phone them
So on Monday I phoned, got put on hold, after waiting for over 1/2 hr, I gave up, shouting!! That was a fat lot of good wasn't it, but did ease my frustration somewhat! If this couple had just got married three years later, that would make it non historic - I wouldn't have had to use REALME, and probably found it straightaway!
Very frustrating, I realise that security is important, and REALME is the Govt Security thingie, but so annoying! I've used it before and had no prob., so let's just hope they have sorted it by the time Monday comes, by which time I might venture another try!
I'm so wanting to get this record for someone who has been a very big help in my research, so fingers crossed for next week! And that's my rant for the day!

Exactly what I encountered a couple of weeks ago ... gave up in the end.
