Title: Harriet Frost
Post by: DorsetBoy on Saturday 13 June 15 11:33 BST (UK)
I am seeking more information on my Great Grandmother Harriet Frost. I think she was born about 1867 in Hawkchurch, Dorset but I cant trace her maiden name. She was married to Charles Frost circa 1884. Any info would be greatly recieved. Cheers David (Frost).

1891 has them with an infant son age 2 weeks who does not appear on the next census - this could be him. As the child was only 2 weeks old on census the birth registration may not have been done before the end of March therefore getting a June registration

Births June qtr 1891
Frost    James
Chard RD    5c   410

Death Sept qtr 1891
Frost    James   age  0
Chard RD    5c   245

It is quite likely that this couple lost other children so an 1882 marriage would not be impossible
(freereg has a few infant deaths in Merriott)

This could be Harriet in 1881 - it ties in with ages on later census and County of birth .
