Post by: Regorian on Thursday 04 June 15 10:19 BST (UK): Commands and Theatres of operations for KRRC in WWII can be found in British Armoured & Infantry Regiments 1939-45 by Malcolm A. Bellis 1994. There's too much to copy out here. I did look to see if the said card covered booklet had been digitised, but couldn't see it.

I only have Vol.6 of the later as my own interest in WW2 stops in June 1940.
