I can see a Westbrook house on this map;

Was Westborne south of this map?

Do you know roughly when it existed?

Westhorne House (not Westborne as I previously stated) stand son the corner of London Rd and Elm Street.

It was definitely occupied from 1881 to 1963. It is currently derelict.

Thankyou for your interest.
