Margaret Little
Birth abt 1670 in Scotland
Death 11 January 1740 in Langholm, Dumfries-shire, Scotland
Married to an Alexander Lochart (Lockhart) He was a Gardener in Langholm
I would like to know of any children they may have had as well as any other data. The Lockhart line is what I am most interested in but both side are wanted.
Many Thanks
Kevin

Hi Kevin
I've had a look at Scotlandspeople and familysearch but have not found anything except
for a John Lochart born Dumfries 1656. The trouble is, as I'm sure you've found, the further
back we go the less records that have survived :)
Good luck

Hi Kevin
On scotlandspeople there are three children baptised to an Alexander Lockie in Westerkirk.
Alexander b 1707, John b 1709 and Margaret b 1714.
I haven't checked these, but the spelling of Lockie rather than Lockhart sounds quite likely, and Westerkirk is near Langholm.
cheers
