Can anyone help me with this uniform and idea of date.

First thought was nurses WWI but may be munitions workers.

Looking at their badges, I'd say munition workers

The website I gave the link to says that the badges were issued in 1916 and not worn afterwards

The middle lady in 1st pic looks like the lady 2nd from left 2nd row of second pic.
