Can anyone point me to where I can gain the Crew List for the St Fagan. She was one of the rescue ships at Dunkirk and was blown up on the 1st December 1940. I know that the Commander and Boatswain and 6 ratings were saved but I would appreciate any help finding the lost sailers
Many thanks

Hi,
Try Greenwich Naval Museum, there is a place there where every ship info. is logged. I must go there myself one day.
But first, nationalarchives at kew, not sure of the web address, do a search and it will tell you if they have the info on line.
I have just typed in tugboat st Fagan..........and there is quite a lot about it.
trying to think of a site.......ah yes........crewlists
Try that it may be a help.
Good luck
Maggsie

H.M.S. St. Fagan wasn't lost in December she was sunk on 1st June 1940, 17 members of the crew were lost.
4 of them are listed on H.M.S. St Fagan on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission database.
