Title: Vinson Family Photo needs cleaning up

I have a photo of my Great-grandmothers mom and grandma and GGrandma and I would like to get It cleaned up to show my grandma the guy on the top right the tall man Is my 4x or 3 Grandfather and right next my G Grandmas mother the little kid and my GGGrandma holding her. I would not be able to re-scan because I got it from ancestry.

As we are not allowed to manipulate photos that you do not own...may I suggest you contact the owner and ask for permission to use it and for a better scan.

I've been talking to the person and she said that I can use it but she said that is the only scan that she had.
