No need to start a new topic- you can continue added to your earlier one (duplicate requests cause needless work and confusion for those trying to help). You've asked quite a few times on the other thread if James Jardine (born 1851) had siblings- where have you searched for information so far? Have you found death certificates for his parents? (another child might have been the informant or the place of death could give you another place to search for clues)

I have tried ancestry, have tried Ulster genealocical foundation, tried numerous leads on Google- but can't get anywhere- only his descendants. Grateful,if you have any other clues- there were a lot of Jardines in the area. I did find a snippet about a farmer called james Jardine being killed by a cyclist from Ros and tried to,obtain death certificate based on this to no avail and I,did find census info relating,to a james Jardine and he had a farm etc, but not sure whether the dots can be linked.
