Title: PENHALURICK in Helston & Wendron
Post by: garlands on Thursday 26 March 15 16:22 GMT (UK)
William PENHALURICK suddenly appears in Helston in 1601 as the father of Peter, and subsequently 4 other children, but where did he come from, and who was his wife? I assume that they were an off-shoot of the Wendron families, but what is the link?

   Any help would be appreciated.

Penhalurick is also a place name of a hamlet in the parish of Stithians. It is in the area between Stithians, Fourlanes & Lanner.
Hope this helps.

Thanks - no doubt that's where the family originated.
