Title: WW1 SERVICE RAF RECORD CARD

On the RAF Record Card for Arthur Collins born 23 July 1900 in Leeds it states that his service was as follows

26 July 1918 - 14 December 1918 - ST n 9?

and 14 December 1918 - 17 September 1919 - S (W) ARD

Can anyone throw any light on these abbreviations.
