Title: Interpretation of extract from probate calander

I have come across a record in the National Probate Calander of my relation James  Kemp and wondered if someone might know what it means

Kemp James of Drumelzier Thankerton died 25 May 1929 confirmation of Agnes Fleming or Kemp
Sealed London 16 September
