???
I am looking for a Martha Waters and Henry Waters. Henry died in 1935 and Martha in 1920. I understand there is a cemetery in Ross but don't think this opened until 1945? I have looked on the helpful Forest of Dean history site but they are not buried at St Marys in Ross (or anywhere else in the forest for that matter it would seem from searching all parishes on that site).
Many thanks in advance.

I was really hoping for a reply :(

Hi Sophie
Do you have their death certs which show the address they were last living at?
The Ross registration district covers a large area

Hi Sophie,
Did Henry have any relatives able to arrange a funeral, he was 85, otherwise we might be looking at Hereford cemetery. Again :)

Hi both Dawn and Mike
Thank you for your replies. I think it might be a very good idea to get their death certificates firstly and see where they were living on each occasion. Sometimes the obvious isn't obvious!
Thanks again

Well I would be happy to look into this for you. If it was made worth my while to do so, and cover my time.

It is a pity that you feel like that but as Dawn ( a Moderator of the site ) said, Rootschat is a free site and the thousands of people who offer help here do so for free. Most of us on here have also being doing genealogy for years and also have skills.
