Title: Charles and Sarah Hawcroft with Mary
Post by: fhaccord on Wednesday 11 March 15 21:07 GMT (UK)
Hi
Another photo from my Great Uncles wallet, who was killed in WW1.
I am wondering if it could be cleaned up a little as I would like to have a framed copy up at home.
Can anyone tell me if there is any known significance of the floral arrangement they are all wearing - was it a good luck message or a recent death tribute? Any suggestions welcome.
Many thanks
Frank

Not brilliant I'm afraid as it was scanned quite low x

Hi  Frank,  Nice photo. The young girl looks like one of my sisters when she was that age.  , Tommy
