Title: Mauritius BMD Registry Office - e-mail address?

 Does anyone have an alternative e-mail address they can let me have for the registrar at the Civil Status Office in Port Louis, Mauritius? I have sent numerous e-mail requests to the following address civstat@mail.gov.mu, but they keep being rejected due to a routing server failure.

Any help would be appreciated,

I sent an application for a birth to the Civil Status authority with payment several years ago.  My great grandfather born there, about 1826/27 I didn't have the exact date so they wouldn't search those years for me.  Their website gives you the fees which is not huge, but you need to send to them.   However, you will need exact dates.  Have a look at these websites.  May help.
