Title: marriage certificate

Hi     I am trying to find a marriage certificate for Renee Tullett and John Owens  in Birmingham in 1946. I am afraid i dont know where to start looking   thanks for any help anyone can give  :D

Certificate can be ordered from www.gro.gov.uk  using these details.?

I am assuming both of these people are now deceased? If not, you need to remove tbeir names , and so do I.
