Samual Avery Born 1825 in pleasley married Elizabeth Timmons 1846 have found them both on the 1861 then in 1862 she married a Samual Humphrey as a widow

So Samual Avery  must have died 1861/62 have searched but cant seem to find it hope someone can help  thank you

This is the only thing I can come up with - I have tried the burial indexes that I have to try and help prove this is your Samuel but he isn't showing.

He was living in Pleasley Hill on the 1861 census and Pleasley Hill comes under Mansfield registration district.

I suspect this is likely to be your Samuel  :-\

Nottinghamshire Guardian  - 2 May 1861

EVERY - At Mansfield, on the 24th Ultimo, aged 36, Mr. Samuel Every, cotton spinner.
