Title: Help Translating Polish writing to english on the bck of photographs

I have seveal photographs that have wriing on tat may help me find who are relatives but unfortunately I cat read or write polish ?

The first three words - "Geniu czy pamiętasz" (in Polish) - Geniu do you remember - (Geniu in a variation is a diminutive of Genowefa), the rest of the hard because too weak scan - you can insert 500 kilobytes 11.71 kB scan so it poorly, I'll scan 500 kB, no problem.
