This photo may be beyond help but I would be grateful if i would it be possible for someone to repair the damage in this photo please?

Hi Hugh...This photo can be done but is scanned at a very low resolution at 144 dpi and is heavily pixelated. For best results and a good print out..a scan at a resolution of 300dpi and a file size of just below 500kbs is recommended.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this is all I have as it was sent to me electronically by an elderly relative who has no idea where the original print is. Thanks for having a look anyway.
