I'd be grateful for help in tidying up this photo of Frank Futter.

Can't wait to see this one cleaned up. It looks like a great photo to have restored!

Hi Caz and Carol ..and Caroline :-* :-*.... bit like the ol' days innit ;D ;D Remember.... when we used to have a lot of fun on the board.... ;) Love to see our soldier photos getting the TLC they deserve....it's what started me on the road to restoration !!. But then we were always rather taken by a man in a uniform weren't we ? :-X ;D

Hi Poll...the three "Cs" and a "P"...all on the one post. Just like old times fighting over the same soldier ;)

Many thanks to you all for your help with this, I can't believe what a massive improvement you have been able to make to the photo. This young man looks so distinguished and determined for a lad of no more than 21. Fortunately he survived the war. Having recently recovered his war medal (thanks to a contributor to Roots Chat!) I can now mount it with a fitting photo!
Thanks again!
PS Special thanks to Carol for suggesting I post it here!

I'm so pleased he came back Eeyore.
