Possible family in 1871:

William Hill (29) with wife Sarah (28);  siblings  Clara (7) and William (5). Living with Sarah's mother Susannah Simpson and brother Frederick at Latimer Street South, Birmingham.

Also a John Joseph Hill bapt. 11/6/1869 St. Stephen's B'ham to Thomas & Amelia living in Northwood St. Thomas was a button maker later nail cutter.

Thanks to "Nanny Jan" & "Jim1".  I am hoping to find descendants of John Hill & Fanny Beckett.  I have their daughter, Fanny c.1866 B/ham married to Frederick Thomas Pain in 1896 in Birmingham.  They had five children, four girls and one boy.  It is from these children that I seek relatives, if possible.  Thanks again for your interest.

I'm a bit confused. In your first post you said you were looking for ancestors of John Hill.
Now you appear to be looking for descendants of Frederick Pain.
Can you clarify.

Hi Jim1, yes my mistake.  I am looking for descendants of Frederick & Fanny Pain.  John Hill & Fanny Beckett were Fanny Pain's parents.
