Please help.  This is the only photo I have of my Dad as a child, and the only picture of my grandfather.  I know the quality is not good and the original is very damaged.
Any help would be wonderful

Thank you so much. My Dad passed away this week and I was so sad that I had never tried to get
a clearer copy of the picture.
