Good afternoon. Is it possible to gain access to The Hampshire Telegraph archives online?
Somebody advised of a report in The Hampshire Telegraph that one of my ancestors, Sarah Davis was sent for trial at the Sessions for stealing cloth, the property of Henry Wild and Samuel Francis of Alton. This is also shown in Criminal registers for that period.
Naturally I am keen to find out if this is my descendant who received a two month sentence, she had previously spent time in the Stockbridge Workhouse so it is quite possible.
Thank you

Hi
A report in the British Newspaper Archives and/or FindMyPast. Not sure if you'd get much info from it though :-\
