Richard MOUNT of Wapping, Anchor smith, asked in his Will proved 1832 PCC to be buried in his family vault at Walthamstow. Richard Mount of St Catherine by the Tower, Carpenter, also asked in his Will proved 1770 PCC to be buried in Walthamstow. Does anyone know if these men are related and if so, how?

The Richard that died and was buried 09/09/1770 is buried in St Mary the Virgin in Walthamstow if he got his wish or not I do not know you could try contacting the church.

Seems likely.
But it is not something someone will be able to answer with a quick Yes or No. It will require thorough research of each individual and their families. Have you found their burials? Does that give you an age at death? Do the Wills give you the name and relationships of other family members so you can start to piece together their trees? One would think they are probably about 2 generations apart - does the older one have sons? What happened to them? Did any of them have a son Richard dying in 1832?
It will take some work to research them - but that is what Family History is all about. No quick answers in this game!
