On a quick look have not found him at that address as yet. Residents at each address:
1909 - Fitzroy South, Batman, Victoria, Australia
2 Highett Place, Fitzroy
Dora Mee home duties
John Mee labourer
1937 - Fitzroy South, Yarra, Victoria, Australia
108 George St
John Mee (no occupation listed)
-
Don't know if this helps either? Sole occupant listed.
1919 - Fitzroy Central, Batman, Victoria, Australia
Raymond John Mee
102 Kerr St, Fitzroy, Printer.
-
1903 - Darling Ward, Yarra, Victoria, Australia
43 Francis Street, Collingwood
Dora Mee, Home duties
John Mee, Stoker

Upon more research. Young Street Fitzroy maybe a homeless shelter. still checking.

Some articles on TROVE about John Mee, a miner, of Fitzroy:
http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/10688322?searchTerm="john mee" AND fitzroy&searchLimits=l-state=Victoria

Assuming this is him.

Hi there,
May I please mention that the electoral Rolls that Ancestry has uploaded for Australia are not likely to include all the persons living at any one address. For example, to be eligible to be registered to vote, 1909 to 1948, you needed to be a) a British Subject, and b) aged 21 years and over and c) resident at a particular address in that electorate for a minimum period (perhaps initially 6 months, but perhaps it became 3 months), and c) it became compulsory to register from the 1920s.
So, it is not possible to use the electoral rolls to re-assemble the household at a particular address.
Sorry,
Perhaps if you were to ask for your thread to be moved to the Australia Board there may be others who can also contribute to your thread?

I was merely referring to the Mee residents at that address as requested, obviously other people by other names are not included under MEE.
