Title: Place in Prussia XVIII century

Can anybody please help to decipher the first word? The place name for East Prussia, XVIII century, supposeddly area nearby Chełm (Kulm).
Second and third are " in Preussen" I think(http://)

I've started with first "Tr" and last "kl" but still nothing (

A very difficult one seamike.
It could start with a T, an I or a J. I might be wrong but I think it ends with an n.  :-\

Nothing with "T", so will proceed with "I" and "J"
