Morning to you
In this most poignant of weeks, I recently obtained the only photo of my gt grandfather Joseph Eakins, of Royal Irish Rifles, who was killed in action at the Somme on 6/9/16, from an old Belfast Newspaper taken at the time he went to France in 1914. Being the only photo we have of him is so precious, but I was wondering if he could be freshened up in any way, as the photo does have some pixels showing from the print?
Most grateful for any kind help.
Kind regards
Mcvitie

Dear Restorer

Kind regards
