Hello , I wonder if anyone can tell me when a person has answered one of you posts and you want to exchange email addresses how can you do that .

Use the Personal Message (PM) system.

On the left, underneath the user name is a document icon.
Click on that, and compose your message.

I am assuming that the document icon appears only after the PM system is activated (once you have made 3 posts)?
