Title: Marriage Certificate for Martha Judd and Peter Lowry

My grandparents were married in Philadelphia, PA in 1900.  I have been trying to get a marriage certificate that will help me verify my Grandfather's parents.  I have searched high and low and because I don't know the exact day and month of their marriage, I can't seem to even order it. Any ideas to help me finally see if I have the right parents for my grandfather, Peter Lowry.

The certificate number is available here:  https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-11930-25580-16?cc=1388247  Are you sure that's not sufficient to get the certificate?

When I go to the site and put in the information, the say I have to put in the day and month.  I am going to try giving them a call and see if I can't get it that way.
