Title: Parish Records Macclesfield 1811 - 15
Post by: Pezza69 on Saturday 18 October 14 13:25 BST (UK)
Hi,

Does anybody have visibility of Parish Records for Macclesfield between 1811 and around 1817.  I am looking for the children of Joseph Mason and Hannah Broadhurst (married Astbury 15/09/1811).  I have found 1 on FamSearch, Thomas born 1812, but I cannot find any other children listed in the normal places I have access to.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Perry

Hi Perry,

It is a bit tricky to use at first.
Click Database then baptism choose parish then surname then click submit. You will then have to scroll through until you find the relevant dates and search from there.
The birthdate needs to be read right to left.eg 8120701 would read 1 July 1812

I've just had a look through and found Thomas Mason baptised 1 July 1812 at St Michael Macclesfield to Joseph and Hannah but it's the only baptism I can find with parents Joseph and Hannah
I've also looked at other parishes but can't see anything else that fits.
