Hi does anyone know where I can find a newspaper article that happened in Briggate in the 60s or 70s about a man who broke into Lewis store and fell down a lift shaft and had to have his leg amputated (this person is dead)

I would think this incident would have been covered by the Yorkshire Evening Post. Copies of this paper are held at Leeds Central Library, Local History Dept. Tel. 0113 2478290
