The nearest I can find is a death in 1920 (from FreeBMD)

Selina Cooke   SepQ  1920   Stroud  6a  305    (age given as 65)

Hi Terry,
Selina COOK/COOKE born c.1922, Stroud does NOT appear on the Gloucestershire BMD Indexes.
I also checked FreeBMD 1920-1924 for the whole of Gloucestershire and did not get any result.

If 1920 is the death, there is a birth of a Selina Matilda COOK, 1854 Cheltenham 6a 344 Sep Qtr.
