I can't communicate with this body to inform it of transcription errors.  My plain simple text emails keep bouncing.  Is it still in business?

They have an anti spam system possibly even genuine mails get blocked. On their contact page you are required to place the answer to a question of the date shown on a tombstone picture and then submit the mail which prevents mass spams etc

I did the gravestone date every time.  I guess the anti-spam mechanism is over-zealous.  Which is not good for business.
