I am trying to find a Peter Blanche (last relevant post 2008) whose great grandmother was Elizabeth O'Hare. If anyone knows of the family with an interest in sharing information, I would be grateful for a reply.

1871
ref No 232 St Alban Michael O'Hare to Elizabeth McVey REQUEST FORM ....click on REQUEST FORM and you can buy that record for £3...it may have relevant info for you ...
what year did Elizbeth O'Hare marry - and to whom ??

Thank you Garstonite - I already have the 1871 marriage entry with male parent details. Michael and Elizabeth had at least four children including an Elizabeth b 1880. This daughter Elizabeth O'Hare (same name as mother who married Michael) married John Blanche 1903 St Alphonsus RC. I have this record too. I have found the RC Liverpool records invaluable in my research. It is this Blanche family link that I referred to in my post.

I am a bit puzzled - that 1903 marriage is not on www.freebmd.org.uk ???
ah - OK...he is down as BLANCH ....

Dear Peter
I was so very pleased to get your mail. After all this time I presumed I would never hear from you! I am a bit pressed for time at the moment and need to go back to my notes before I write you a sensible message but I will definitely be in contact and hope that together we can throw some light on the distant relatives and their past.
Best wishes
Eileen O'Hare
