Good evening all,

I am a little stuck! I have a Clarinda davy born 1834 in spixworth, Suffolk. in the 1851 census she is living with her aunt in gt Yarmouth, Norfolk in st Nicholas terrace.i cannot seem to find any other details about her, can anyone enlighten me  ???

There is a Clarinda Davy baptised in St Clement, Ipswich, Suffolk on 2nd October 1836:

  On  the  same  pace  of the 1856  marriage     found  by  sgf28   is a William Samuel Gunn

There is a burial record Charles henry Davy -buried 12 Oct 1858 Gt Yarmouth



of course I do not know if these deaths are the correct people as no age given

Maybe this is not Charles (Clarinda's brother ) as Frederick James Gunn (Clarinda's son) married and lived in Durham -in 1901 his uncle Charles davy is with him!

  There's  a  death  of  a William Gunn   in Yarmouth 1864 ,   no ages  were  given  till later on  so  cant   tell if  it's  the  correct  one ,    but    found this:

 Clara Dew  37  wife   born Ipswich 
 Frederick Dew  10
 Herbert Dew  8

 children and Henry  born Great Yarmouth 

1881   has  them    in same  place(   with  number  of house  given as 18)  with  a Henry  C Dew   aged 5    son   and a William GUNN   stepson  aged 24   born Great Yarmouth  a Barman

 Looks  like  Henry  Dew  has taken  over  as Greengrocer  from   William Gunn
