Many thanks Pat, Woody and John for your excellent work. :) :) :)
Your work is VERY much appreciated and without all the restorers we would not see these old photos so clearly.
Thank you once again.

Thanks Terry.
As I said when I posted my thanks earlier, your services are very much appreciated.
The restoration of the photographs on this site are fantastic - they bring new life back into tired photos of our ancestors, some of whom we know nothing about until we start our FH research.
The search for our past is bringing families back together and when resources are pooled together we are leaning more about our families than perhaps our own parents knew. Photographs help learn about our ancestors and of course it is fantastic when we have a 'face to a name'.
Restoration allow the photos to last even longer.
Thanks again Terry and thanks to everyone who gives up their time to bring the past back to life.

Hi SNG...Another one for you.
Carolyn :)

Thanks Carolyn.
It is VERY much appreciated.
We did not even know this family existed before my husband started his FH research and have only just found a descendant of the older man. John Bolton Jones junior lived to be over 100 years old. He died a few years ago. JBJ senior was my husband's great grandfather's brother. Unfortunately he died at a young age leaving two young children and another one on the way. My husband's great grandmother married again and moved away so discovering his roots were in a different town was something he had not expected. It has been a fantastic journey and he has learned so much about his family & name and the conditions they all lived in. Finding relatives is great and even more so when they can give you a photo too.
Thanks everyone for bringing these people back to life with all your hard work.

WOW!
What can I say? To see a family in colour for the late teens and early 1920s is quite something.
Thanks Restorer, much appreciated.
