Title: Crawford family in Glebe, Co. Londonderry, Northern Ireland

Hi,

I'm currently trying to search my Crawford family tree back to before 1791.

My earliest Crawford ancestor is James Travers Crawford Senior who was born in 1791 in Glebe, Co. Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

He married Margaret Hunter.

I did find a record of this family in the 1831 Irish census. In the 1831 Irish census, it lists

In that census, it notes that there were a total of 9 family members living in that household. It listed 6 males and 3 females. I've accounted for the 3 females but I am missing one of the male relatives in my genealogy.

I have their children as being:

William Crawford (1820-1887) m. Martha Moody - This is the branch that I am descended from.
James Travers Crawford Junior (1821-1871)
John Crawford (1827-1873)
Anne Crawford (c1832-?)
Margaret Jane Crawford (1835-1902)
Joseph Crawford (1838-1905)

Is there any way to track down who the missing male Crawford is from this particular family?

James Travers Crawford Senior died as a result of a farm accident in 1838.

I also know there are a lot of my Crawfords buried at the 1st Dunboe Presbyterian Church in Articlave, Northern Ireland.

Since only the head of household is listed by name in the 1831 census there is absolutely no way to determine which family members might be in the household (or indeed if they were all family members).
