Hi I have my grandfather & grandmothers marriage cert 1923....it says the usual address for my grandmother Mary Hanlon was - Knockmaroon Lodge, Co Dublin.
Would anyone know what this was?

If you try google you will get information on Knockmaroon Lodge  :)

I did google it...couldn't find any clear info as to why my grandmother would have been living there...i will try again.

I googled Knockmaroon House and had better luck! did hear she was head housekeeper for the Guinness family...could be right.
