Hallo, Terry
On the birth registration you should find the name and occupation of the father, and the maiden name of the mother.
The RootsIreland website is: www.rootsireland.ie
Once you have enough information you could purchase a copy certificate from GRONI (General Register Office Northern Ireland) www.nidirect.gov.uk/index/information-and-services/government-citizens-and-rights/order-life-event-certificates/order-a-birth-certificate.htm
Good hunting!

The OP doesn't say what the information about Margaret Anna is based on, so this all must remain just a possibility at this point.
Using the % wildcard in the AncestryIreland website search index and the GRONI online search index, the Margaret Anna Falloon mentioned thus far by other posters was born on 28 June 1881 to parents Hugh Falloon and Ellen O'Neill, who got married in Belfast RC Church on 27 December 1876, Hugh's father was James Falloon and Ellen's father was Daniel O'Neill.

Her marriage certificate, if in canada, should list names of both parents. Is this information not on the certificate? Also, passenger manifest for her arrival might give next of kin in U.K.
Following on from the Margaret Anna Falloon that gaffy and I found-
Letters of Administration of the personal estate of Hugh Falloon late of 26 College-square North Belfast Commercial Traveller who died 25 October 1907 were granted at Belfast to Ellen Falloon the Widow.Effects £213 8s. 3d.

Hugh & Ellen & family in 1901-

In 1911 Ellen with same 3 children-

No sign of Margaret Anna in either census & there is a daughter Annie which is slightly worrying.

Children of Hugh Falloon & Ellen O'Neill-

Margaret Ann Falloon married William Thomas Pizzey 1889 in Manitoba, Canada according to an online tree. Another tree (there are lots of different ones online!) gives her birthdate as 5 Dec.1880 (which isn't possible because Hugh Falloon was born in April 1880) and says she arrived in Canada in 1892 (aged about 12?).
Next tree gives birthdate as 22 Dec.1880 and arrival as 1886 & 1889 & 1900!
So, the big question is- do you have the marriage certificate of other information that would confirm Hugh and Ellen as the parents of the Margaret Ann Falloon that you are looking for?

The marriage index can be seen here (and the records ordered).
Location was Ellice.
In 1901 in Ellice, Margaret is with her husband and young son and on the same page are a large family of "Falloon":
http://www.automatedgenealogy.com/census/View.jsp?id=72870
Both Margaret and this family (headed by a James) are Irish Methodists, but the children in the other family are all born Manitoba and it looks as if they emigrated much earlier. In the 1891 census this family and the Pizzeys are still in the same area, and it doesn't look like Margaret was actually their daughter (http://www.bac-lac.gc.ca/eng/census/1891/Pages/1891.aspx )
My suggestion would be that James Falloon who appears in the area associated with the Pizzeys is the uncle of your Margaret, and she was sent to live with him by the family in Ireland for whatever reason. Could be as simple as he wrote back to family in Ireland saying there was plenty of work in Canada and he was willing to take in some of his nieces/nephews to help them out.
This history book has some information on him:
manitobia.ca/resources/books/local_histories/101.pdf
If we are to believe this, he was born 1846, County of Tyrone, Ireland, son of Samuel and Mary (Rutherford) Falloon, one of seven children (four moved to New Zealand). If you were to get the marriage certificate we could match up the parental information on there with (hopefully) another child of Samuel and Mary Falloon in Ireland.

thank you all not sure if this is the same family, my Mother in Law said she had 9 siblings - am hoping its true and her info is incorrect. She doesn't know who her parents are so she may be wrong. Appreciate all your help
-
ok here is the story my Mother in law told me and I think this censes confirms it. I believe Mary Falloons her Mother. This is the story apparently she was born out of wedlock and her Mother left her in Ireland and immigrated to Canada. If you notice one son is 19 and Margaret is 20 so she is the oldest of many kids. She told me Margaret came here after her Mother did and they all lived on the same street and the Falloons would not acknowledge her as she was illigetimate but she did have the same last name as her Mother and that's her married name. So maybe they came here without her for some reason and she joined them later. Apparently there is a book with her siblings names in it and she is looking for that right now so hopefully I will have some answers thanks sooooo much appreciate any help I can get.

Several online trees for Margaret Falloon give her parents as James Falloon & Mary Jane Scott and show her birth as 1880 Belfast, arrival in Canada as 1886 (age 5) but James arrived Canada 1879.
If she was illegitimate and Mary Jane's daughter born before Mary Jane married James Falloon then her birth would most likely be registered under the surname Scott but I can't easily find a birth either under Scott or Falloon for the right place and period. It might be that she only started using Falloon surname after her mother married James Falloon or even after she arrived in Canada.
Have you found a record of her arrival in Canada?
Added- could this be her? age is either off or she's a little younger than 22 Dec.1880 birthdate in 1901 census.
16 Aug.1896 "Sardinian" arrived Quebec/Montreal from Liverpool, England- Margaret Falloon, 14, embarked Londonderry Ireland, going to Winnipeg.

not sure really but could be she is a mystery

found out more info apparently Margaret was born before they were married not sure how or when she took the Falloon name. Her Mother left her in Ireland and immigrated to Canada to be with her husband. They later had many children. Margaret came to Canada at age 14 as a nanny she later married James Pizzey and its true her family lived in the same area - her mother, father and siblings had nothing to do with her - not sure why or the story on that. Its crazy how they ended up in the same area in Canada. Just wish I could find out the story on why her Mom left her and if they were not married yet how did she get Falloon as a last name? so many questions
-
James Falloon and Mary Jane Scott are her parents

Have you tried contacting other descendants of James Falloon & Mary Jane Scott? they might have been told some details that could explain what did happen regarding Margaret Anna.
