hypertensive heart disease is the first bit (I think) - beat me to it Josey :)

nephrosclerosis is hardening of the arteries.

hemiplegia sin.[ister] paralysis of the left side of the body
-
So possibly due to a stroke caused by the nephrosclerosis??
-
nephrosclerosis is hardening of the arteries.
Hmm ... nephro- means something to do with the kidneys. :-\
-
Thanks everyone!
How you read that is beyond me!! Ive been sat here for ages trying to pick out letters! ha!

Sorry me again!
Any ideas on this one?? I think the bottom one says Hypotension?
Im terrible at deciphering medical terms!! ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
-
Chronic myocarditis. And I think that is Hypertension, (high blood pressure), rather than Hypotension, (low bp).
-
Nephrosclerosis is hardening of the arteries (sclerosis) within the kidney (nephro-). It is caused by long term hypertension (high blood pressure); hypertensive heart disease is heart disease caused by the same thing.
-
So possibly due to a stroke caused by the nephrosclerosis??
No, the stroke was listed as "contributory" rather than a direct cause of death.
I would read this as the person having had a stroke in the past; but heart disease is what killed him.
Heart disease, kidney disease and strokes can all be caused by the high blood pressure of course.

Thanks for the clarification :)

Me... AGAIN!
Any help if poss?
Thank you xx

Primary carcinoma of the liver.
Obstruction of portal system.
Nephritis.
Heart failure.
Hypotension.
Adhesions following cholysistectomy [cholecystectomy] 1922.

My conclusion too , my computer decided to 'freeze' as I was writing my original reply !
-
Hypertension (Raised blood pressure)

Hypertension (Raised blood pressure)
The writing isn't great but I ended up thinking it looked more like hypotension. A patient with liver cancer and portal system obstruction might become hypotensive as a result of bleeding from varices.

Thank you :)
Im stuck on another one! :-\ ???
I am horrendous!! But i am extremely grateful for everyones help! xx

Definitely 'acute endocarditis', contributory 'acute streptococcus' & 'rhinitis'.
