My mum found an old family bible with births deaths and marriages written in the front of her mums mums family. They were called Clark and lived in Hertfordshire, I think in the Ware area and they were shoemakers it is belived. the information goes back to 1848 but try as I might I can't find any matches I could say definitely are correct, can anyone help?
here is what I have
Henry Clark born 3.10.1848 married Mary Jane Barker (born 28.10.1848) on 6.11.1873
they had three children, Harry John born 27.11.1873, Walter george born 25.1.1878 and died 29.5.1958 and Annie Elizabeth born 6.6.1881 she marries Joseph Bird, they had two children a son who died as a teenager and my gran Florence born 1.10, not sure of year, possibly 1915 she married Alfred Herbert Burgess (born 26.04.1913) in South Mimms and had four children, Olive Margaret, Thomas, John and Robert
I'd like to find the parents of Henry Clark and any other family
thanks all

So Mary J, born White Roothing, was probably Mary J Barker ?
