My grand aunt Mary Timmins lived at 16th the Quay New Ross circa 1930 - she died in 1940 trying to find out the name of the family she lived with - there is a possibility that 16th the Quay New Ross might have been a pub
-
Googling the address takes you to Streetview which shows no 16 as The Dunbrody Inn in present day address,if right building it is a 3 storey with pub and offlicence on ground floor 5 windows on second floor and same for top floor.
It could have been let out in rooms.
