I recently received a photo off a relative of my great great uncle's wedding. Unfortunately, it seems that the quality has depreciated from something possibly being spilt and it has taken on something like iridescence? I'm wondering if it can be removed and overall any help would be appreciated.
Many Thanks,
Stephen

Nothing has been spilt on it. The deterioration is commonly known as silvering out.
This is a reaction to the silver element in the photo being affected by outside pollutants.
