I'm a newby and this is my first post.I'm researching the Olivant side of my Family.I've traced back to my four times Great Grandfather Edward Olivant b.1777 Doncaster who lived and worked as a Chairmaker and turner in wood in Wakefield.he was married twice, first to Hannah Brown 9th March 1794 and then to Mary Mellin 23rd November 1800.I would like to trace Edwards siblings and Parents and maybe further back in time if anyone can help.Records on Ancestry seem to be difficult to find before this period, so I've come to a dead end.Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
