James Hall (from your prev query) was illeg c/o James Hall and Mary Bailey bapt Kk German (ie Peel) 18341130- Mary died shortly after birth bur KK German 18341126 age 22 (Mary was d/o Edward Bailey + Mary Corkill wch fam brought up James )- the presentment for fornication reads "fil by oath of midwife on James Hall of Douglas" (James would appear to have another illeg child by Cath Mylrea in 1835 but Douglas churches had stopped presentments for fornication by then so no confirmation same James) - can't find James in 1841 census tho
There is a burial for a James Hall age 35 in Lezayre 18410325 age 35 (no additional in in bur reg)

Dear Voirrey M, and Frances_mnb,
I can't thank you enough for this gold mine of amazing information you have both provided for these members of the James HALL (1837-1910) family! Questions answered! Brick wall broken through! Now able to do research on the BAILEY side of his family. Very, very grateful.
Thanks again,
Sincerely, Carol :)
