How lucky we are now that TB is no longer as prevalent in the UK as it once was...

a very nasty way to go for all those around the patient -- basically the infection could eat into a major artery in your lungs and you'd suddenly bleed to death; there would be a very large amount of blood coughed up in the space of a few minutes..
