I am looking for Thomas Foulkes Thomas.he was born in Cwm around 1895,

He was born 1893 as per freebmd

Have you checked  www.cwgc.org  in case he was a WW1 casualty?

Freebmd has a number of Thomas F Thomas marriages but entries for that period do not show full middle names

His birth was registered in the June qtr of 1893 which ties in with the birthdate given on his death reg

A starting point would have to be a copy of his death cert as there is no marriage which specifically contains his full middle name (assuming he married ;D)

I'm rubbish on geography.  Sandwell RD was created in 1974 - see below but having had a "root around" on Google etc it does seem to be more in Staffs than Warwickshire/Worcs
