1 Looks like a Warrant Officers badge
2 Northumberland Fusiliars
3 The Norfolk Regiment (the arm holding the laurel is bent...it should be pointing upwards

No 4 is a post WW1 shoulder title for the Royal Irish Fusiliers.  There is no battalion designation and it is not the 8th service Bn as they ceased to exist when the title came into use.

No 1 is only GSC is if has a slider. If it has lugs for a split pin then it is a WO1 rank badge.
